Each day, we communicate with others through our spoken words, body language, and written communication. This course can show you how to make sure you are sending the right message.

This course will teach you all about the various aspects of communication. Learn about asking questions, probing for information, active listening, and body language. Supporting skills are also covered, such as self-esteem, building relationships with others, and assertiveness.

This course is offered in two ways – please choose your “Delivery Method”:
1. Virtual Live Instructor-Led training (VILT) two days in duration, courseware will be provided digitally at the beginning of class
2. Online Self-Paced with 24×7 access for 30 days after purchase
