Gayle holds an MBA, a project management credential (PMP) and has 20+ years experience at global Fortune 100 companies successfully motivating people and maximizing project potential. She’s managed teams at USAA Insurance company and Hewlett Packard as an Operations Manager and Program Manager.
As a trainer and speaker she’s delighted audiences at Dell EMC-Texas, Exceptional Women of Color Conference-Sacramento, Haven House Board of Directors- Modesto and Family Life Center-Sacramento.
Gayle is also a foremost expert on domestic violence and working with the faith community. Gayle is a sought after Speaker at regional and statewide industry conferences. Her service work includes fifteen years of domestic violence intervention and prevention work, professionally as the Executive Director of DVSAC and in service as an advocate, educator, speaker and founder of From Bruised and Battered to Blessed Ministries. In 2012 Gayle was honored by the Sac Cultural Hub, receiving its Exceptional Women of Color (EWOC) award.
