This course is designed for a person who has an understanding of project management concepts, who is responsible for creating and modifying project plans, and who needs a tool to manage those project plans.
Learn to create a project plan containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan. Students will also exchange project plan data with other applications, update project plans, create visual reports, and reuse project plan information. Students will learn to manage and customize project plans during the implementation stage of a project.
This course is the equivalent to a three day course (approx. 16 hours) however you have access to these materials 24×7 for 30 days after purchase, and access to open office hours to ask questions if you get stuck!
